Eligibility:
Bonus Details:
The Welcome Bonus is a deposit bonus of 30% of the deposited sum. To be eligible, clients must request the bonus upon depositing funds into MetaTrader 5 standard accounts.
Requesting the Bonus:
The Welcome Bonus is not automatically transferred. Clients must request it through the SR Global Investment Ltd client portal or by contacting Support@srglobalfx.com.
Agreement to Terms:
By opening a trading account under the 30% Welcome Deposit Bonus program, the client acknowledges reading and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Company's Trading Terms and Conditions.
Bonus Cap:
The maximum amount of active bonuses per client is up to $3,000.
Request Deadline:
The bonus must be requested within two business days of the deposit to be credited to the trading account.
Exclusions:
Clients trading under a MAM (Multi-Account Manager) are not eligible for this bonus.
Company Discretion:
The Company reserves the right to decline the offering of the 30% Trading Bonus at its sole discretion and is not obligated to provide justification for such refusal.
Liability:
In the event of bonus cancellation and/or removal, the Company will not be liable for any resulting stop-outs or other consequences.
Usage of Funds:
Division of Funds:
If a client has active bonuses on their account, funds are divided into two parts: the client’s own funds and bonus funds (Credit in the platform).
Trading Limitations:
Both the client’s own funds and bonus credit can be used for trading without limitations.
Funds and Profit:
The client’s own funds (Balance) consist of deposits and withdrawals (excluding Bonuses) and profit from trading using these funds.
Bonus Characteristics:
The Welcome Bonus is a non-withdrawable bonus. It cannot be converted to cash.
Effect of Withdrawals:
Bonus funds will remain active and usable unless there is a withdrawal from the client’s own funds. Any withdrawal will result in the removal of the Welcome Bonus.
Example: If a client deposits $1,000 and receives a $300 Welcome Bonus, and later withdraws $500 from their own funds, the $300 bonus will be removed.
Bonus Removal:
The client may remove the Bonus at any time. Upon removal, the client can withdraw funds without restrictions, and the Bonus will be written off.
Company Rights:
SR Global Investment Ltd reserves the right to deny or cancel the Bonus or any Bonus funds without providing reasons or advance notice.
Internal Transfers:
An internal transfer request from the bonus account is treated as a withdrawal. Clients must maintain a secured amount of equity for internal transfers to another trading account.
Abuse Detection:
Suspected Abuse:
If SR Global Investment Ltd suspects abuse or lack of good faith regarding the promotion, the Company reserves the right to take appropriate actions.
Profit Forfeiture:
The Company reserves the right to forfeit any profits gained from abuse.
Denial of Bonus:
The Company may deny, withhold, or withdraw the Trading Bonus, credit, or promotion at its sole discretion.
Cancellation of Terms:
SR Global Investment Ltd may cancel any terms and conditions with respect to the client, either temporarily or permanently, in cases of abuse.
Account Termination:
The Company reserves the right to terminate the client’s access to the service and block the client’s account to prevent further misuse.
Action Necessity:
Immediate Actions:
SR Global Investment Ltd may take immediate actions to maintain the integrity of its promotions and services if deemed necessary.
Modification of Terms:
The Company reserves the right to modify, alter, or terminate these Bonus & Credit conditions at its sole discretion at any time. Significant changes will be communicated where possible, but the Company is not obligated to provide prior notice. Clients are encouraged to regularly review the terms for updates.
